Seacoast Gardens III Ocean "Peek"  One Bedroom Condo #515

This beautifully decorated One Bedroom One Bath Ocean "Peek" Condo is in an ocean front resort.  It has a partial ocean and sunset view from a small southern facing balcony on the outside of the building.  The balcony does not face the pool courtyard.  My one-bedroom plus bonus "bunk room" sleeps up to four guests with a king size bed in the bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and twin bed in a little bonus bunk room.  It's located at Seacoast Gardens III, 4153 South Atlantic Avenue #515 on the top 5th floor right near the elevator and laundry facilities.  It's across from a plaza with several restaurants, grocery store, beauty salon, and gift store.  The resort is oceanfront with two Olympic size pools (one heated to perfection), two kiddie pools, shuffleboard, clubhouse, and large oceanfront lounging deck.

Rental Rates 2008/2009:  This rental is family priced starting at $650/week (after Labaor Day through December)plus tax (12.5%) and $60 one-time cleaning.  My summer rate (June through August) is $750.  Rates are subject to change and may be higher during holidays and special events. 

My one-bedroom condominium is in the preferred non-driving beach zone and has a peek of the ocean and sunset view from the private balcony off the bedroom.  The balcony faces south for warm southern exposure in the winter months.  The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet and a french door leading to the small balcony.  I just completed all new decorating and fresh paint.  The living room has a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa, and a new recliner and swivel rocker.  For my younger guests, there is a cute little bonus bunk room across from the kitchen with a twin bed.  This little room delights my "pint size" guests, but it can also accommodate an adult guest.  The blue sky and white fluffy clouds on the walls and ceiling tend to make little children very sleepy...and after you turn the light out, the stars glow on the ceiling.  

This beautifully decorated condo has all new upgraded appliances including glass top stove, built in microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water through the door, and a dishwasher.   It's beautifully furnished and decorated in bold tropical colors.  The floors are tiled throughout the main area and carpeted in the bedroom.  It has free wireless internet, a small stereo in the living room, and Cable TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and the bedroom.
