This spacious oceanview studio condominium is perfect for a couple or small family.  Although it's just one big room plus a bathroom with separate dressing room and closet, once you put the Murphy Bed up in the morning you have a nice large living room, dining and kitchen area.  The full size Murphy Bed easily glides up into a large wall cabinet during the day (no more walking around beds).  The living room also has a queen size Sleeper Sofa, recliner, and comfortable reading chair.  The sliding glass door leads to a private balcony with a spectacular ocean view from across the road.  The kitchen has full size appliances and is well stocked for meal planning. All small appliances, cookware, and utensils are also included.  This condo was totally remodeled in 2005 with all new cabinetry, counters, tiled floors, plus fresh paint and decorating.  The bathroom has a separate dressing room area with large closet, storage drawers and vanity.  The living room also has plenty of storage room for clothing.  This condo is located right across from the elevator for easy access. The resort is directly across from the beach and  ocean front park.  The park has free parking and free beach access.  It's in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family safety.  The oceanfront park has a promenade deck with benches, restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic tables and recreation area including a playground, basketball and handball courts.  The park has a full time life guard on duty.  You can spend the whole day at the beach and then return to your condo just steps away.
