Rental Rates 2011/2012:

My 2BD/2BA ocean view condos start at only $700/week (after Labor Day through December) plus tax (12.5%) and a $80 one-time cleaning fee.  My ocean front condo is $800/week plus tax and cleaning.  During high summer season (June through August) the weekly rate is $950 to $1,250.  Discounted monthly rates start after Labor Day through January from $1,600 to $3,200 based on choice of condo and availability.  Rates are subject to change and may be higher during special events and holidays.  My maximum nightly rate is $180 plus tax and cleaning.  Security Deposit is $150 or $200 for special events and holidays.  I offer a refund with 30 days cancellation notice less a $30 service charge.

Here are my three vacation rentals at Point East Ocean Front Condominium Resort.  Point East is a three story resort located at 3801 South Atlantic Avenue (just past the Ocean Front 27th Avenue Park).  The resort has an Olympic size seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, oceanfront lounging area, covered picnic pavillion, elevators and laundry facilities.  I own and manage #304, #309 and #312.  Each of my condos is a 2BD/2BA ocean view rental that can accommodate up to six guests with a king size pillow top bed in the master suite, two FULL SIZE beds in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  Each has Wireless Internet, and a 40" Flat Screen HD Cable TV in the living room for your enjoyment.  Cable TV is also provided in the master suite and guest bedroom.
