But a bargain sometimes turns into a nightmare when properties aren't maintained in a professional and sanitary manner. Getting here is easy:
You have three airports to choose from: Orlando International (MCO) is 75 minutes away. Orlando Sanford International (SFB)  is 45 minutes away, and Daytona International (DBIA) is just 25 minutes away.  Be sure to check out some of the discount airlines such as Southwest Airlines, Airtran, Spirit, and Allegiant.  

You may find better discounts by flying in on Sunday or even Monday.  I normally rent Saturday to Saturday, but I will consider a Sunday or weekday arrival based on availability.  If you find a great deal on a flight let me know and I'll try to accommodate your arrival date.

Ocean view Deluxe Studio Efficiency Condo is in a small resort called Mariner's Cove (Condo #309), 3700 South Atlantic Ave. across from the beach with free beach access.  This oceanview studio condo is one big spacious room that can comfortably sleeps four guests with two brand new queen size Murphy beds.  This condo has been totally remodeled with all new cabinetry, counters, tile floors, fresh paint and decorating.  It has a well stocked full kitchen with dining table, comfortable living room with recliner, sleeper sofa, and reading chair, bathroom with separate dressing room and large closet, plus a private oceanview balcony.  You see blue ocean the minute you enter the front door.  The resort has a swimming pool (unheated), shuffleboard, elevator, and laundry room. 

One Bedroom One Bath Deluxe Ocean Peek Condo with "Bonus" bunk room is in an oceanfront resort.  This condo sleeps four guests with a king size bed, a queen size sleeper, and a little bonus bunk room with a twin bed perfect for a child or additional adult.  The bedroom has a private balcony facing south on the outside of the building with an ocean "peek" to the east and sunset view to the west.  The oceanfront resort is called Seacoast Gardens III, (Condo #515) 4153 South Atlantic Ave. and it has elevators, laundry rooms, two olympic size pools (one is heated to perfection), two kiddie pools, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and large oceanfront lounging deck. 

Two Bedroom Two Bath Deluxe Ocean View Condo is located at Point East Condominiums, (Condo #309), 3801 South Atlantic Ave. in an oceanfront resort with olympic size heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, covered picnic area, and oceanfront lounging area.  This condo sleeps up to six guests with a king size bed in the master suite and two full size beds in the guest room.  It also has a queen size sleeper sofa in the livig room.  It has a spectacular ocean view from the balcony and both bedrooms.

All of my Vacation Rentals are non-smoking with no pets allowed so they are exceptionally clean and sanitary.  I strictly enforce these rule so my guests will not be disappointed upon arrival.  The rooms have been laid out and equipped to provide the ultimate in vacation enjoyment.  All of my  properties  are uniquely decorated and furnished with lots of extras!  They are stylish, yet practical and efficient.  All interiors are distinctive, with comfortable sleeping and seating arrangements.  All of my rentals are equipped with free Cable, TV/VCR/DVD, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, and sports equipment to entertain my guests. 

I live right here in New Smyrna Beach so I'm available to handle your needs at all times.  I personally own and manage all properties on this web site, and I am fully licensed with the State of Florida and the City of New Smyrna Beach.  I have over 20 years experience in the rental business.  I know how disappointing it can be to arrive and find old furnishings and carpeting with undesirable odors, etc.  I pride myself on offering exceptionally clean and affordable rentals, and I only recommend other rentals that meet these same high standards.  I guarantee you will be totally pleased and satisfied with all my vacation rentals.  When you enter, you will feel like you are in a private residence with all the comforts of home.
