All three of my Vacation Rentals are non-smoking and no pets allowed. They are located in New Smyrna Beach on the Florida East Atlantic Coast in the same ocean front Condominium resort located in the Preferred Non-Driving Beach Zone for family fun and safety. The resort is right next door to the 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park perfect for a family reunion or a beautiful beach wedding. Additional condos are available through the on-site rental office if needed.
My Vacation Rentals are beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, family friendly, and reasonably priced. These condos are Fully Furnished with well stocked kitchens, comfortable living rooms, king size pillow top beds, upgraded appliances, high quality linens and bedding. All three of my 2BD/2BA condos are in the same Point East ocean front resort, on the top third floor near the elevator and laundry room, and just a few doors from each other. They are perfect for small weddings or family reunions. All have wireless Internet, 40" HD flat screen cable TV with DVD in the living room and cable TV in both bedrooms too!

You have three airports to choose from: Orlando International (MCO) is 75 minutes away. Orlando Sanford International (SFB) is 45 minutes away, and Daytona International (DBIA) is just 25 minutes away. This is a non-smoking no pets allowed property. This ocean view condo is located on the top third floor at Point East Condominiums, 3801 South Atlantic Avenue, #304, in an oceanfront resort with olympic size seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, elevators, laundry facilities, covered picnic area, and oceanfront lounging deck. The decor is very contemporary with warm rich woods, lots of wicker and relaxing tans and blues on the walls. The living room has a 42" Flat Screen HD LCD Cable TV plus cable TV in both bedrooms for our guests enjoyment. This condo can sleep up to six guests with a brand new Simmons Beautyrest king size pillow top bed in the master suite and two FULL SIZE beds in the guest bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa, recliner and reading chair with an ottoman in the living room. This property has a spectacular ocean view from the south facing sunny balcony and both bedrooms, and overlooks the Olympic pool and courtyard. The balcony has a small table and chairs plus a comfortable reading chair and full lounge chair.

This condo is decorated in soft ocean mist blues and sandy beach pastels and white wood and wicker furniture. It can sleep up to six guests with a new Simmons Beautyrest king size pillow top bed in the master suite and two FULL SIZE beds in the guest room. It also has a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, matching love seat and recliner. It has a spectacular ocean view from the dining room, living room, balcony and master suite. The balcony faces east so you can see the ocean front over the courtyard. It has a small eating table and chairs and a comfortable reading chair with ottoman.

Conscientious and responsible owners are making sure their properties meet high standards of cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchens, and are trying to offer the best prices they can possibly give you. But a bargain sometimes turns into a nightmare when properties aren't maintained in a professional and sanitary manner. I personally own and manage all properties on this web site.
I know how disappointing it can be to arrive and find old furnishings and carpeting with stains and undesirable odors, etc. To insure the property you choose is not a ”tired” wornout and undesirable, call our Visitors Bureau at 386-428-1600. Quality properties will be licensed and registered with them.

All of my Vacation Rentals are exceptionally clean and sanitary. I personally oversee the maintenance of these properties so my guests will not be disappointed upon arrival. The rooms have been laid out and equipped to provide the ultimate in vacation enjoyment. All of my properties are uniquely decorated and furnished with lots of extras! They are stylish, yet practical and efficient. All interiors are distinctive, with comfortable sleeping and seating arrangements.
All of my rentals are equipped with free wireless Internet, Cable TV/DVD in living room and all bedrooms. All have 40" Flat Screen TV's in the living room. I also have a closet full of beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, indoor family games, reading material, and sports equipment to entertain my guests. Playpen, highchair, safety bed rail, and safety gates are available for families traveling with infants and toddlers.
My weekly rates range from $700 (in off season) to $1,250/week plus tax (12.5%) and one time $80 cleaning charge. Monthly rates are available after Labor Day through January and range from $1,600 to $3,200 based on condo choice and availability. Rates may be higher for special events and holidays. My Security Deposit is $150 ($200 for holidays and special events). I have a 30 day cancellation policy with full deposit refund less a $30 handling fee.
You may find better discounts by flying in on Sunday or even Monday. I normally rent Saturday to Saturday, but I will consider a Sunday or weekday arrival based on availability. If you find a great deal on a flight let me know and I'll try to accommodate your arrival date.
Because I personally own and manage these properties myself, I do not pay commissions to an on-site rental office or Real Estate Agency. This allows me to pass on substantial savings to my guests, and I am also able to provide more personal attention to details. My rates are very competitive, and I am willing to discount further when necessary to earn your business.
